All Cakes are made with ingredients that contain the Allergens 1. Gluten, 3. Eggs, 5. Peanuts, 6. Soy Beans, 7. Milk, 8. Nuts, 11. Seasme Seed, 12. Sulphur Dioxide / Sulphites.

I give the utmost attention to detail at all stages of the cake making process from baking through to icing. I hand make my own sugar decorations to achieve a high quality look. Cakes are iced to a smooth finish and presented on an iced base, trimmed with ribbon.

Number of Guests 2 Tier Cakes Covers 60 to 100 Guests, 3 Tier Cakes Cover 100 to 155 Guests, 4 Tier Cake Covers 130 to 180 Guests, 6 Tier Cakes cover 350 Guests. Sponge Cake Slices are cut approx 2inches x 1inches, Fruit & Chocolate Biscuit Cake are cut approx 1inch Square. 

Number of Tiers Single, 2, 3, 4, 5 & 6 Tier Wedding Cakes, depending on the Number of portions you require or height you would like. I am happy to include an extra iced display cake to give height if requested, cost depends on sugar decoration & size.

Decoration Sugar Paste Decorations - Roses, Petals, Butterflies, Lace; Diamante ; Royal Icing Piped Pearl Drops, Hydrangea Petals; Fresh Flowers; Plain & Simple with Ribbon Trim. Sugar Flowers, Petals, Toppers, Ribbons are Not Edible as they contain foam, wire and toothpick supports.
