After working as a Chemical Engineer in the Pharmaceutical Industry for 15 years, I took a career break in 2007. Since childhood I had a passion for food and being creative. During my year off, I attended one to one sugarcraft classes with Ella, a lovely lady who had 50 years experience in all things cake. As a result, the idea for Heavenly Cakes was born. Firstly, I perfected my recipes and decorating skills. Secondly, I developed my business plan and website. Subsequently, I launched Heavenly Cakes in November 2007. Heavenly Cakes specialises in bespoke Wedding Cakes. We create Wedding Cakes that look Heavenly and taste divine. Cake Design is my fulltime job and I offer a professional, dedicated & friendly service to each customer.
Only the HIGHEST QUALITY ingredients are used to create a Heavenly Cake. These include; Free Range Eggs, Butter, Vanilla Bean, Unwaxed Lemons, Belgian Callebaut Chocolate, Fairtrade Cocoa, Jameson Whiskey and Hennesey Brandy. All Cakes are Made to Order. We provide No Special Dietary Cakes, Gluten Free, Nut Free or Dairy Free Cakes.
Heavenly Cakes is registered, inspected and approved by the HSE. Likewise, the business is registered for tax and has business insurance in place.
