After working as a Chemical Engineer in the Pharmaceutical Industry for 15 years, in 2007 I took a career break and the idea for Heavenly Cakes was born. Since childhood I had a passion for food and cakes and I also loved art, nature and being creative. I attended one to one sugarcraft classes with a lovely lady called Ella who had over 50 years experience in all things cake. Over a 6 month period, I perfected my recipes, practiced my decorating skills, developed my business plan and I launched Heavenly Cakes at the end of 2007. I specialise in bespoke Wedding Cakes, I am 100% committed to creating cakes that look gorgeous and taste delicious. Cake Design is my fulltime job and I offer a professional, dedicated & friendly service to each customer.
I use only the HIGHEST QUALITY ingredients including Free Range Eggs, 100% Real Butter, Vanilla Bean, Unwaxed Lemon Zest, Belgian Callebaut Chocolate, Fairtrade Cocoa, Jameson Whiskey, Hennesey Brandy. All Cakes are Made to Order, we provide no Special Dietary Cakes. I do NOT provide Gluten Free/ Nut Free/ Dairy Free Cakes.
Heavenly Cakes is HSE registered, inspected and approved, the business is also registered for tax and has business insurance in place.
