Delivery & set-up costs for your Wedding Cake are calculated based on the location of your reception and are available on request, I have listed some popular local venues below.
For venues in Co.Louth, if your Wedding Cake is over the value of Euro250, I deliver and set-up free of charge.

Depending on my schedule, wedding cake delivery & set-up can be arranged to other locations including Dublin, Meath, Kildare & Wicklow. Alternatively the cake can be collected from me in Carlingford but at the your own risk. I deliver and set-up your Wedding Cake at your venue on the morning of your wedding.
If you wish to decorate your cake with fresh florals to match your bouquets, you would source these from your florist, if these are left at your venue with uncut stems in water before 10am, I will cut and place on your cake when I arrive.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Wedding Cake bookings are normally made at least 12 to 18 months before the date.
If you wish to reserve the date prior to confirming your cake style, you can pay a Booking Deposit Euro100. The booking deposit goes towards the final cost of your Wedding Cake. The booking deposit is Non-refundable if your Booking is Cancelled.
50% of the cake cost is due on confirmation of your signed order form, with the final balance due 3 weeks before your wedding. Once confirmed the deposit is also non-refundable, if cancelled within 9months of your date.
Your Wedding Cake Order is not confirmed until I have received either Your Booking Deposit or Your 50% Deposit & Signed Order Form. I do not hold dates without a paid deposit. Payment of a deposit is taken as acceptance of Heavenly Cakes T&C outlined below and this Cancellation & Refunds Policy.
If you cancel your date, I may have already refused another booking for that date and it will be unlikely that I will get a new booking if cancellation is within 9months of the date.
If your Wedding Cake is cancelled over 9 months before the date, Euro100 of the deposit is non-refundable.
If your Wedding Cake is cancelled within 9months to 3months of the date, the 50% Deposit is non-refundable.
If your Wedding Cake is cancelled within 3months of the date, the full amount paid by date of cancellation is non-refundable.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Payment can be made to Heavenly Cakes via online bank transfer from an Irish bank account or via Revolut. Payment can be made by Credit Card via Paypal but there is a Transaction Charge 3.5% in Ireland & UK & 5% in USA, Australia & the Rest of the World.
2. Discount Offers apply to the Cake Cost Only. Discount Offers Exclude Delivery Cost, Stand Hire & Exclude Cost of Extra Portions if quoted. You cannot use more than one discount offer or prize against one wedding cake purchase.
3. Cancellation & Refunds Policy is outlined above.
4. Due to the fact that a certain time has been allocated to make your cake as per the signed contract, after the contract is signed any reductions in the size or number of tiers will not result in a reduction in the price.
5. If fresh flowers to match bouquets are included in the cake design, they must be supplied by the customer. They must be non-toxic food safe flowers and foliage as they are in contact with the cake, please advise your florist. The flowers and foliage used on your wedding cake must be removed prior to serving as they are for decoration purposes only. All flowers, plastic holders, flower tape and wires must be removed prior to serving. Where fresh flowers are supplied by the customer, they must be left at the venue the night before the wedding or before 10am on the morning. They can be left long stem in water and I will cut and arrange on the day of the wedding. Set-up time is up to 1 hour, if I am waiting over an hour for flower/stands etc to arrive at the venue this will be charged at Euro15/hour.
5. As cakes are set-up in the reception room for a number of hours, please note if the weather is very hot/humid I may have to change the cake frosting. For sugarpaste iced designs I may have to use a faux cake & serve the sponge cake from the background so that the sponge cake can be kept chilled.
6. Faux Cakes, a faux cake is a dense foam dummy cake that is then iced and decorated with real icing as per your cake design, it looks exactly like a real cake. Faux Cakes are not edible. If a faux cake is used within the design for the cake that is on display, the real cake layer will be kept chilled by the venue and served from the background when the cake is cut.
7. All sugar decorations are handmade so colour and design can be agreed. All cakes are presented on iced cake drums trimmed with matching ribbon. Sugar decorations such as roses, flower petals, figurines, 3-D objects are Not Edible as they contain foam, wire and toothpick supports. Wired decorations are inserted into the cake using food safe plastic spike.
8. Heavenly Cakes provides No Special Dietary Cakes and does not bear responsibility for illness caused by allergic reaction to consumption of the cakes. All Cakes are made in a home kitchen that handles all the following Food Allergens 1. Gluten, 2. Crustaceans, 3. Eggs, 4. Fish, 5. Peanuts, 6. Soy Beans, 7. Milk, 8. Nuts, 9. Celery, 10. Mustard, 11. Sesame Seed, 12. Sulphur Dioxide / Sulphites, 13. Lupin, 14. Molluscs
