I design, bake and decorate all cakes myself. I limit the number of orders I take each week, so that each cake can be given the time & attention it requires. To Order Your Cake it is advisable to email me at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as your date is confirmed. I take a non-refundable Euro100 Booking Deposit to reserve your date.
In order to create your bespoke cake, please send me the following information; Date & Location of your Wedding Reception, Number of Guests, Style of Cake/Images, Number of Tiers. You can see information on Cake Design & Pricing on my Price Guide Page
I will liaise with you by email and phone to discuss & create your cake design and complete costings for you. If you would like to consult with me in person I exhibit at a small number of Wedding Fairs each year. As I am a one woman business, I find email & phone contact the most effective way to meet the needs of all my customers whilst still allowing me the time to bake, decorate and deliver my orders. Each Cake is made to Order and priced individually depending on the number of tiers, choice of icing and complexity of decoration.
Once the design process is complete I will email you an order form for signing with all details and costings for your cake. The order form & pricing is valid for 8weeks unless otherwise specified. I take a 50% deposit on confirmation of your order and the balance is due 3 weeks prior to your wedding. You can pay via Revolut or online banking.
You can order a Wedding Cake tasting box via my Online Shop. As I make up a batch of boxes together, I offer a limited number of Wedding Cake Taster Box dates per year. Delivery & set-up costs are available on request. I deliver and set-up Wedding Cakes over Euro250 free of charge to all venues in Co Louth. Depending on my schedule wedding cake delivery & set-up can be arranged to other locations including Dublin, Meath, Kildare & Wicklow. Alternatively the cake can be collected from me in Carlingford but at the your own risk.
If fresh flowers are included in the wedding cake design these must be supplied by the customer & be Food Safe. They must be left uncut in water at the venue the night before your wedding and I will cut and arrange on the day.
Wedding Cake bookings are normally made at least 12 months before the date.
Booking Deposit Euro100 is Non-refundable if Booking is Cancelled.
50% of the cost is due on confirmation of your order, with the balance due 3 weeks before your wedding. Once confirmed the deposit is also non-refundable.
Your Wedding Cake Order is not confirmed until I have received Your Deposit & Signed Order Form. I do not hold dates without a paid deposit.
Cake Stands are available for hire from Euro25 to Euro60 Note: A Euro75 / Euro100 refundable deposit is also taken.
Heavenly Cakes provides No Special Dietary Cakes. All Cakes are made in a home kitchen that handles all the following Food Allergens 1. Gluten, 2. Crustaceans, 3. Eggs, 4. Fish, 5. Peanuts, 6. Heavenly Cakes is HSE registered, inspected and approved. The business is also registered for tax and has business insurance in place.
